For the Controller IRC5 I use Screen Maker with the option Flex Pendant Interface.

Which option I should use with Omnicore V250XT?

I suppose what you’re looking for is OmniCore App SDK, or AppStudio (which is based on OmniCore App SDK). I don’t think you need an option for using these since they are developed using common web technology.
