DeviceNet bus communication failure

Hio all, I’m starting up an IRB2400 and i’m having troubles with the devicenet bus.

The error 71301: Bus off, DeviceNet bus communication failure (Devicenet 4) appears usually, the robot continues working fine.

I confirm the error and later comes up, event :
71390: The DeviceNet bus have recovered from bus off, The DeviceNet bus have recovered from bus off state.

I think that the Devicenet4 communicates the welder machine with the RobotWare, and i’ve got problems there, because I can’t change the weld type through the RobotWare Arc.

Actions.

  1. Whole bus has 24VCC.
  2. The resistors are correctly connected.
  3. The cables are correctly connected.
  4. No idea about topology?
  5. I restarted few times.

Do you solve this error?I have the same problem, but when I confirm, the error doesn´t dissapear…I don´t know how to solve this.
