Does anyone smartGripper V3_3(3.30.0000.01) or know how to boot application in RS?

Hi all,

I am currently having the same issue as this discussion ABB Robotics Community - Maintenance
However the boot application doesn’t work and gives error message: operation is not allowed. I am thinking to try Go offline function and I will need smartGripper V3_3(3.30.0000.01).
Any help would be appreciated!

Have you tried a reset of the system (I-Start) and then, with the boot application, add your version of SG.

Thank you! The robot somehow managed to solve it on its own. All I did was unplug the power and plug it back.
