According to Migration note, there is “EIOCfgConverter.exe” for IRC5 but it’s pretty hard to find. Anybody knows where it is??
I can’t find it either for RW5.06.
Here is the conversion utility. Unfortunately, the zip file was larger than 1 MB, so I was unable to upload it in one piece. Here is how to reconstruct it.

Download both files to the same directory.

rename the file eioconvert1rename.zip to eioconvert1.z01

Use Winzip to decompress the eioconvert.zip;it should automatically find the second part.

Run the install.
This tool is not officially released yet, so that is why it is not included on the install media. Why the release notes continue to refer to it is another mystery entirely.
I am merely passing this tool along to you as a courtesy. If there are problems with it, I cannot resolve them, so please don’t ask me to address problems with it. Hopefully it will be released soon.
