Erase and load a module in another task

I would like my background task to be able to erase and load modules into my foreground task (while stopped).

Is there a way of doing this?

Thanks to Richard Ramos, ABB UK, for advising that it is not possible for a background task to erase & load modules into a stopped foreground task.
