Error installing RS 5_13

I have downloaded RS 5_13 but get an error during installing it.

I started installing RW and it went fine but when i try to install RS i get an error.

The error id illigal drive E:.

Drive E is my CD drive but i’m installing from C:

What is wrong. Suck i had promissed to help Phil with a problem
