Error starting IRC5. It Can't load the file \windows\TpsViewIO.dll

Hello,
I have a robot IRB 120 for educational purpose. After moving the robot to a new workshop, when i started the IRC5 i have got the next message in the flexpendant " error loading the file \windows\TpsViewIO.dll "

I have no idea how to solve this problem. It seems that everything work properly after confirming the message, but it bothers.

I can’t open the pannel control. I have a backup of the system. Do you think i should restore the system using the backup?

Yes, if you can open the backup/restore window, if you have not tried to do so already. I see this question is from a week ago.
