Error while creating system from backup

Hi Sir,

I’m having serious problems trying to create system from real controller backup.
Robot Studio is not allowing me to create backup as it says it is missing a Patch File i.e. 3HEA-01520-501494.00
Where can I get this file as it was already there in the robot from the very first time
Please help me to fix problem.
