Event Manager / Smart Components

I used to have my tool change operations handled by Event Manager, all the settings are still there in 5.13, but it just doesn’t seem to work anymore.

So I thought I would try out the new smart components. When I add an attacher component I I cant select a flange, so I cant really continue any more. I want to attach/detach the tool from the robot, can someone give me a suggestion how to do this?

Hi,

Select the robot as Parent and press Apply, then you should be able to select the flange.
