On RW cd with my new robots there was Flexpendant viewer Addin to RSO. I have installed it but can’t open it. I have a costumer that wants to use it to.
He run RSO 5.09.2037. I tried to upgrade to the RSO that somes with RS 5.10 but stil don’t work.
What can be wrong?

Does he have an RSO license installed? It may be one of the features that requires a license.
What do you mean it doesn’t work? Is the Open menu enabled when a controller is selected in the RobotView, but no picture or an error message instead of the screenshot is displayed when you click open?
