During robot flushing/tip cleaning activity, the residual HV at bell have been observed as high as 3~5 KV at point of zero which is high enough to provide 2mJ spark energy to solvents during flushing.
What is ABB’s solution to minimise this hazard,
from safety point of point view it is dangerous for equipment safety as well as Human seafty.
Hoping for solution for the same.
( At local lavel we have replaced the applicator and HVC system components)
ABB system should have such kind of interlock i.e. it should not spray solvent at time of cleaning/flushing.
