Now I’m using RS5.11(Beta?). I want to show jog window and linear window at the same time. But I can’t keep both. I can’t find the button I used to keep it in 5.10. How can I do that?

Click “Tear Off” in the dropdown menu on top of the dialog. See screenshot below.
