I have a big issue with the station I’m workoing on.
I saved and closed it yesterday evening without any problem. This morning, I tried to open it , and it’s impossble.
I’ve got this error message :
I’m using RS 5.14.03 because I use KMT Powerpac, I tried to open it with RS 5.15, but no way too.
I didn’t saved my program module, so I may loose 4 hours of work !! :nauseated_face:
This is not the first time I have such problem, sometimes I succeed to open and save it with RS 5.15, but not this time.

Before, I only tried to open it with RS 5.14.03 and RS 5.15 (64 bits). Now I succeed with RS 5.15.
I save my modules and the station with this release, but I still can’t open the station with RS 5.14.03.

Did you try to save your station from RobotStudio 5.15 using “Save As” and a new file name?

I did it, it was ok, but I still have some other issue:
API error, with impossibility to save the station.
I think there is a link with the geometries I load in my station.
There is a lot of geometries of different oarts to program. I’m now trying with less parts in my station, after a few hours, it seems better. But I need to try longer.

I worked one hour without problem, an now, I’ve got the same issue when I want to save.
I open it once again, without closing RS. I’ve got another error message:
I closed the dialog box, RS bugged.
I restart RS, and open the station. It’s ok now.
Your current problem seems to be related to memory. Are you using a very large station?
To reduce station size you can use “Remove Geometry” on parts for which do not need to use AutoPath or SnapMode.
The problem will be resolved when KMT PowerPac comes in a version that supports RobotStudio 5.15 64.bit. Then you will not be limited by lack of memory (assuming your PC has sufficient).
