I’m new to integrated vision and needs to improve the jobs at one of our customers. They are having trouble with the robot colliding with nearby parts when picking. What I was thinking was to have the part inspected with PatMax with the condition that the brightness in the area around it will not fall below approximately 220. I added a PatMax position tool and connected a PatMax inspection tool to the fixture. How do I, if possible, connect a brightness inspection so that parts will not pass if the brightness condition is not met?
