IRB1600 Rev Counters walk through

We lost rev counters on a IRB1600 this weekend. We could not find a way to accomplish this in a manual. What is the sticker for on the base of the robot that shows all 6 axis?

Does anyone have a walk through on setting rev counters we could print and keep in a manual here at the plant?
