Hi. I was out from work yesterday. I got a “file not found” error on that link. Select PCI for the connection instead of LAN. The key should only be to name the station for the robot with NetNames+ and to ensure that the IP address is correct and I think that you should be good from there.

I revisited the picture you posted, I had to zoom in a lot. There are two ethernet cables plugged into that card, where do they go?

The Ip address of the DSQC-678 board is 192.168.10.51
Hello again. Have you added the EIO_UNIT for the IO, PN_INTERNAL_SLAVE Unit Type? And the switch IP address matches the gateway IP address?
We are not able to change the current IP address which is 192.168.1.100.
As I understood we could only make by generating a xdb file with the PLC software, that we didn’t succed until now.
There may be a misunderstanding here. I am not asking you to change the switch IP address, just make the gateway in the EIO.cfg match the switch address.
