Issues with creation of a station for M98A robot.

Hi everybody,

I have to build a station for a M98A IRB2400L.

I have created the same I/O as in the robot controller, but I still have some analog output which is not recognized.

Error in the module :


But this output exists in the cfg file.

Second issue, if I fix the first on by putting the rows “SetAO aoZone,nZone_1;“ in comment.

Maybe this problem is linked to the option “Advanced function” which should be installed in the VC, but I didn’t found it in the configuration options.

Hi,

the issue with the analog input is fixed. It was a wrong mapping in the signal configuration.

Now, still getting the second issue !

Did you restore a backup into the VC or just bring in the RAPID code?

Restoring the backup would cause issues as I presume a M98 system would be an S4C controller?

Try creating the VC from scratch then try bringing in just the RAPID code.
