Item type level [PickMaster 3]

Hallo,

i have a line of 4 IRB 360, RW 5.13, PM 3.32 with 1 Pick-Cnv and
4 ind. workarea and 4 Items. Is it important wich Level for accepted is defined?
If the item-level is 1 2 3 4 with the standard Rapid-Prog. the 4th IRB pick the product
but does not place. If comes the next product he pick again. Is the Item-level 1 1 1 1
the IRB placed also.

Which Level parameter are you referring too?

Hallo, i mean under >Item Configuration>Item Type>accepted :1 -4 or all 1
rejected :all 11.
Where are used this values and are these important ever or only with User-Hook
or inspection.

The values are only used in Rapid, PickTarget.Type, and retrieving a specific type from the queue: GetItmTgt PickSource, PickItem ItemType:=pick_type;

When the vision model determines if it’s an accepted or rejected item, it will get distributed according to the setup in the positions source and the Type value of the rapid data is set according to this value setting in the Item.
