Whenever the VC tries to start, RS5.11 locks up. I have to ‘end task’ to get out of it. I just received the new RS 5.11 and have the dump files if you need to view them. Please help!

i think it is because of the wrong installation of the RS. Try to install the RS on another system. Before installing check the system date (Should be present date).
