License for RS2008 and XP servicepack 3

hi

1: Will i still be able to use my RS5.10 when i get the license for RS2008 because the license key will obviously be the same??

2: Is it nessesary to have Servicepack 3 installed or can it run servicepack 2??

  2. No, SP3 is not a requirement.
