Is there any way I can make RobotStudio remember not to load the geometry for specific libraries? If not, is there any way I can “unload” geometry for a library that has already been loaded?
I have tried to setup a station where I unchecked the “load geometry” checkbox when importing libraries. But the next time I start the station the geometry is loaded.
If you load a station with the “Load Geomeotry” check box UNCHECKED, then Save or SaveAs a new file name (if you do not want to loose the original geometry) and you will get a warning, explaining that the geomoetry will be lost when saving…
Click YES - then the next time you open that station, the geomotry will not be loaded, because it was saved without geometry loaded.
If you want to be more selective, you can “Disconnect” your library, right-click it in the browser, and select “Remove Geometry”, then “Save As Library” again.
