Measuring Tool massa

Best Abb User folks,

I use a 660 robot with the latest firmware. When I want the robot to weight the tool for me by using the ServiceRoutine. The robot will go in a lock after 7 steps. I waiting 8 minutes (Hand starts huring for holding the motor from the FP) but with no result. I made a screenshot of the FP. Does anybody know a solution?
