Missing Virtual Key in RSO

Hello

I use RSO now for Years and use a virtual Key quite often. Now I was installing RSO on a PC of one of our Service Engineers. In his RSO the checkbox in the System Builder is MISSING. I also installes RSO at Home on my PC and it is also missing!

Who knows how we get this Checkbox back?

Hi,

The checkbox is activated by the “VC” license which is installed with a RobotStudio or Virtual IRC5 license.
