May I know where can I get the MTC5000 modeling for RS5 (*.rslib format)? I only able get the RS4 format which is *.rlb format in abb website.

You can use the top part of the Import Library ribbon to select Robot Studio 2x / 3x libraries (*.rlb). See attached jpg.
