As you might have noticed the Software Support portal has been under construction and has now been relaunched on a new server.
During this the Personal Messages on the forum has been unavailable and might have been lost. :worried:
So if you have sent a Personal Message during the last weeks you should resend it to make sure that the recipient gets it.
