No possible restart after Error 4316 [PickMaster 3]

Hi,

I have a line with 10 robots, and 10 cameras, generally the line works ok, but now the robots give the famous error 4316 (I think for a extra works vision job). But the problem is that is not possible to do the robot starts picking another time, if we stop and restart the robot, it replies with the same error.
The option is only to stop and restart the project (A big problem with 10 robots working together).

Some trick?

Pere

Hi,

Is it correct that the line started to give this message after you made some change and added some vision task?
What version of PickMaster and RobotWare are you using?

Probably more product than usually in belt.
Pickmaster 3.3 and RW 5.12.03

Did you try opening the Windows task manager to check how much the CPU of the PC is working? Normally you would get “12308: A camera is triggered too fast” in this case, but it could be worth looking anyway.

Over 60%-70% use of CPU.

The project works fine more than 1 hour, until some robot gives the error 4316.
But the worst that is not possible to solve the problem until we restart the all project.

Is 4316 the only error code you get?
When the problem occurs, could you double-click the position source of that robot to see if the camera is taking photos?

The problem start with a error 8199.
I atach a *.evt registry file, if you want to inspect it.webwiz/2631/Errors.zip

When you try to restart the robot - is it in “paused” or “stopped” state? If it is paused maybe you could try to stop it and then restart it. Also, did you have a chance to see if the camera is taking pictures when the 4316s are comming?

I have tried in ‘pause’ and in ‘stop’ mode, never is possible.
And no, the camera isn’t taking pictures, the screen image is gray.
