I am facing regularly issue when i open already created station or a pack&go. while opening the station some controllers start correctly and some of then stopped and message popped up as no response from virtual controller and system fails.
Anyone facing this issue? Any solution for this?

Are you using the latest version of Robotstudio?
Could you try this:
Shut down RS and all VCs
Go to %localappdata%\ABB\ and rename the RobotWare folder
Go to %programdata%\ABB\ and rename the DistributionPackages folder
Reinstall the particular version via the Add-ins tab and try to create a VC
This is similar to uninstalling all packages and can be undone by changing the folder names back.

If i have single or two controller in station it works fine, but if there are more controllers, virtual controller doesn’t start and attached message pops up.

I setup option to get VC running with terminal.
So, when it is not responding, sometimes a return key in terminal unblock it.
And you can know if it continue to run when you’re closing your cell.
I had this issue last yeah and it was caused by my Microsoft OneDrive. For me the only solution was to completely wipe OneDrive off my computer and reinstall RobotStudio.
