Pc interface not founded

Hi,everybody.
when i click restart (x-start)on the screen ,it prompt “this is currently not allowed,please contact your system.” i want to set controller’s Ip address.
When i connect pc to the sevice port , i can scan the controller.But i can’t log on the controller,it prompt “pc interface option not founded.” What is the matter? what is pc interface? Is it a software option? where could i find it ?Please help me.

PC interface is a software option. you must contact your local ABB and buy the option. then create a new system with the new key

How can i know if there has had a pc interface option in my controller?

Make a backup of the controller. In the backup there is a system.xml. All options of the systems is in that file

I can't find pc interface option in this file.Is it mean i could not connect the controller to a pc?
