Position Out of Reach-- Queue Card issues [PickMaster 3]

Hi Again,

In Pickmaster, we are picking and placing on a conveyor . The pick and place position are generated by the PLC (same has a photo-eye) and comes at a rigth time. When I try to pick, or to place, I have sometime a Event Message 50050 : Position out of Reach. But the positions is inside the reach of the robot, we verified this. In PickMaster, the robot is in PAUSE after the error. I restart the robot and the robot go pick the part. I still have the same error for the place position. I restart the robot and it place the part and comes back to pick again with the same error when it picks.

It happen to us twice in the last month. I think that the problem come from the Queue track card.When I reboot the card Queue Track 327A (remove the power on the Card) the problem go way. I am still waiting to get this error again to confirm that rebooting the Queue Card solve the problem. Do you have any idea on what could create this?

I found the problem…For your information: when changing the DeviceNet adress of the master, don’t forget to also change the timekeeper default adress. I was looking at a wrong card.
