problem restore backup real robot

hi!

i installed RS 6.08 ,RW 5.13,i want to restore a backup (RW5.13.1037.01) from real robot (IRB140T) ,it works fine but the virtual flexpendant is blank !

and when i create emtpy station i use the virtual flexpendant to restore the backup it shows me this error

!please who can help me to fix that

Have you got the correct virtual license for the virtual controller?

Is the virtual controller closed when you are performing the restore?
