problem with serial channel

I have problem with serial channel “com2”. The robots are connect with serial channel and I want data tansfer it. I hane two robots irb140 and irb1400.
When I send data from 1400 to 140 … it is all right.
But when I send data from 140 to 1400 does not come. :frowning: Serial channels are set same, it is ok?
