I am setting up a new system and it is running BW 4.0.113 and the doManSync is properly wired to pin 9 on the QTrack board yet the ppacal,prg still hangs up on the waiting for NewObjReported to be True.
This problem is usually caused by incorrect wiring of the doManSync signal (this can easily be verified by checking that the corresponding LED on the DSQC377 turns on/off when pulsing the doManSync signal).
If the wiring is correct it can also be a problem with the DSQC377 not allowing to be reset twice without having the conveyor moving inbetween. Simply move the conveyor a short distance and execute the ppacal.prg program one more time. To fix this problem, simply set the SyncSeparation for the corresponding conveyor tracking to 0.
