Ive been working with a robot RB2400 M2000 but Ive been getting problems to communicate with the robot.
I can ping its IP address but Robotstudio is not able to locate it. Ive tried find it defining an IP address to the software and Ive tried find the robot automatically both unsuccessfully.
Is anyone has any ideia to help me?
