[Request] Jobs Backup Date Format

Hello,

If there is not a way already, can the Jobs Backup date be formatted the same way it does with the other backup methods? I backup the robots using multiple methods to the same folder and its not easy to view with the different formats.

I create a job with a backup option and a backup name of {SystemName}BACKUP{Date}. The result i get is: Controller_BACKUP_08.05.2023

When i backup a controller via robotstudio under the controller tab, i get a format of: Controller_BACKUP_2023-05-08

If i backup via the flexpendat, i get the result: Controller_Backup_20230508

I checked this with robotstudio 2022.3.1

Thank you for highlighting this behavior.

I think both formats should be changed to match that of FlexPendant. Meaning that RobotStudio (via controller tab) and Jobs backups should have this format: Controller_Backup_20230508

I’ll ask R&D if this would be possible to implement.
