Hello,
I would like reset dosignal1 according condition other “dosignal2=1”.
Becauase in Cross Connection I can only Set signal as “Resultant”, not possilbe reset.
And In initial state a need both signals as 0.
It is possible, how?

Maybe make another cross connection, same signals but invert to do the reset. Set a default value of 0 in the signal configuration.

I tried it, unfortunately it is not possible… 
Actually I need close to the valve via PLC by pulse signal from robot…
So then, try another signal, virtual even, cross connected to the resultant and invert it.
