Is there anyone else with this symptom ? that could help me.
I can connect to a robot using RSO via LAN port, but can’t see configuration info.
The program and events are showing without problems.
The problem is probably not in the IRC5, It’s more likely in my Desktop PC.
as I have no problems connecting with my note book.

I’ve had also the same problem and it was caused by McAfee firewall installed to my PC. After configuring the firewall properly (according to RSO help "Network settings for connecting a PC to a controller ") the problem disappeared.

Are you connecting to a 5.10 system ?
Then you need to upgrade RSO to 5.10.
