Robot studio Stimulation

I have done a stimulation using robot studio,it is working fine ,and then I have transferred to real controller,then I have set the axis values same for both virtual robot and real robot using the same tool data ,still visually there is a difference between both robot.

Can, anyone explain how this error will occurs?

Hello,
Is your robot well calibrated?
Move your robot to [0,0,0,0,0,0] abs position to check it.

yes I have done a mistake in calibration, and now it is solved.
