RobotStudio 2019.3 is available for download from https://new.abb.com/products/robotics/robotstudio/downloads.
The main new feature in this release is RobotWare 7 which is the next generation robot controller software. RobotWare 7 supports the new controller generation called OmniCore. You can download it from the RobotApps page of the Add-Ins tab.
