I found an issue that prevents the removal of unused targets. The image below shows targets still remaining even though no paths are currently in the RS station.
I see that you use a lot of white spaces for the controller system name. I am not sure the VC feels good about that. In any case, I would like to take a look at your station. Please send a Pack&Go file to your local ABB representative. He (or she) can forward it to the RobotStudio tech support.
This happened after he was selected in the dialog box.

Click in File → Options

Restore hidden dialogs and messages
Click Button Apply
And test newer

That white space isn’t really white space, I just deleted that out of the Jpeg…there was text there, but it was a customer name.
