I’m not sure whether or whether not robotstudio is offcially supported on a x64 OS. However I have been running robotstudio on a win7 x64 without any problems for quite some time now : )

There are users running RS on WinXP 64 although it is not officially supported. The 64-bit edition of Windows 7 is, however, supported in 5.13. See Release Notes.
