RobotStudio.Native.Graphics.dll (error)

Hello!

I’m a student who takes practise at Polish branch of ABB. I have to install trial RobotStudio in order to create simulations.So I downloaded the application from your website. But when I try to create any project, I instantly get error:

Second part of message means, that this DLL cannot be loaded, because it’s unable to find some module.
I have tried several actions to resolve the problem, including:

  1. Reinstalling application
  2. Trying to use both x32 and x64 version
  3. Copying this DLL from my friend
  4. Copying the whole installation directory from my friend
    Everything gave no effect. Can you help me, please?

Hi,

I did not receive any answers here, that is why I created case in RobDesk.

The solution of a problem is to download and install newest C++ redistributables x86 pack.

Please install the C++ redistributables from
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145

Install both 32 bt and 64.

A full windows update and graphics drivers update has helped in some cases as well.
