RobotStudio Unpack&Work problem

Hello,

I had a problem when I tried to unpack a pack&go file. I can’t go to the next step due to an incompatible version error. My current RobotWare is 6.03.00.00 and the original RobotWare version is 5.13.04.00, see the attached figure. I am a newbie in RS, I suppose the original RobotWare is the one that created the pack&go file. But I don’t know why I can’t open a old version with a up-to-date version…

Hello
In RobotStudio Add-in tab, go to RobotWare and install RobotWare 5.13.04. Then you should be able to open your P&G.
