In RapidEditor it would be a good thing to be able to select a command/function and press F1 to bring up the Rapidmanual and go to right page.

How should it handle user defined functions?
Well, that is a good point…
But I guess that a message telling that this is not a ABB function and help is not available is a good start.
But if an Integrator has a own library with functions they can write a manual for it and RS will use it the same way, but I do not know how?
Also there is different PowerPacks that can have special functions with help.
