RS slow to load

OS: Windows 8.1

For some reason RS is really slow to load. This includes startup and especially the loading of a station. It didn’t use to be this way on this same computer. I’ve attempted repair/uninstall/reinstall but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this?

Startup may be slow if you’ve configured RS to look for a network license on a disconnected server. Check your RobotStudio Options / Licensing section.
