RS2022.1 Backup from controller to PC not working

I’m no longer able to take a backup from robotstudio 2022.1 and save it to my PC. If I save on controller it works but not when I try to save to my PC.
Worked in last version of RS but now I get this message:

In my case, Backup to PC in RS2022.1 works well without any errors. Security programs might be the reason I guess.

Hello,
I gotten it after RS update, in fact, after removing older one.
I had to reinstall RS (repair) to get it works.

I repaired RS and now it works again.
Maybe the problem in my case also came from uninstalling old RS.
