RS5.09 License expiration

Dear members,
I am asking you for help with RobotStudio and RobotStudio Online 5.09. My license will expire in a couple of days. I have tried to prolonged the license using the same License ID that I have, but it was unsuccessfull, I received back the same license ID that I had previously.
What do I have to do to prolonge my license? We use flowating license in our university, 50 licenses.

Please send your license ID to softwarefactory_support@se.abb.com so the License Support can be able to look at your license.
