Hi

I cannot find the RS5.09 SP1 under the supportpotal under downloads.

And the link

http://solutionsbank.us.abb.com.

witch was in the mail i recived some time ago does not work.

Is it possible to recive it by mail as a zip file???

Hi Kent,

You should download the service packs here from the support portal. Note that SP2 now is available.

To access the Software Support Portal, follow the steps described below:

  1. Enter https://www.abbroboticssoftware.com/supportportal/

and browse to the RobotStudio 5.09 download site

  1. In order to download items, log-on by entering your user name and password (can be found in your Welcome Letter).
