I would try to unregister and re-register Interlink, i.e. Interl~2.exe.
To unregister Interlink:
Click the Start button on the task bar and select Run. Type or browse to the path of the InterLink.exe file followed by the -UnRegServer command line argument. For example:
click the Start button on the task bar and select Run. Type or browse to the path of the InterLink.exe file followed by the - RegServer command line argument.
