RW4 versus RW5

A? A? I work with Robot Studio 5.12 (RW5) to control IRC5 and I have never work with RW4 before. A?Moreover I have never seen what is S4C+ like? A?
A? A? Now I have to edit the old program on my customer, work online with RW4 to control S4C+ as quick as possible because the Breakdown time is only in few hours. A?
A? A? The software I have is RS 5.12 and FTP Voyager, the hardware is PC and LAN cable that usually I use to communicate between IRC5 and PC on RSOnline. A?
I have no RS4.x or license to access RW4 and I have no Serial Cable RS 232 A?
A? A? I have tested my edited program on RS5.12 offline (simulation). A?
What is the best I can do? A?
Alternative-1 is more practical than alternative-2 but is it safe? A?

Hi,

As far as I understand your Excel-sheet it seems that the only file you actually change, in both alternatives, is the program module. This means that Alt 1 & 2 are the same in practice. I would go for Alternative 1, since this is easier.
