Stop/pause different action [PickMaster 3]

Hi,

If have a line with 4 pickers, picker 1 place syringe, 2 and 3 place needle and picker 4 place booklets.

My problem is : if the robot has product in the gripper and we sent a pause command the robot go to restart position and drop the products of. In this case we lose always product when the customer want to go inside the robot working area.

I have tried to do a pick if there is a position avaible for placing the product but this is for us not an option because of cycle time problems.

I think that we could solve the problem by programming some code in the PLC and tell the robot that the pause or stop command is executed. But this will only work in the case that the commands comes from the PLC.

I want to know if there is any possibility to get from PM the information that the robot must do a stop or a pause command ?
